The Tom Bean Community Development Corporation, Type A, normally meets at 6:00 on the THIRD TUESDAY of each month at the Tom Bean City Hall. Annual budgets are located on the Financial Transparency: Budgets page.
Mission Statement
Our unified mission of the Tom Bean Economic Development Council Type A Board is to facilitate and encourage dynamic economic growth and development of business and infrastructure within, and in partnership with the City of Tom Bean, Texas through innovative planning and implementation of collaborative projects to foster a spirit of enjoyment and wealth to our citizens and neighbors to whom we serve.

Pavilion’s New Bench adds to Beautification Efforts
Autumn leaves and Fall breezes are found here. Look what’s new! This wonderful bench has been added to the pavilion on Britton St. for all to enjoy with a plan for more. We could not be happier with the results. This new bench is just one part of the city’s beautification and enrichment efforts that are planned in the coming months. It’s not only a great place to sit and enjoy the day but also the perfect photo op with the fall decor.

Water Tower Lighting
On September 26, 2018, the City held a ceremony at our Park Pavilion celebrating the lighting of our downtown water tower.
