The bailiff will independently carry out the daily tasks of a Bailiff in the courtroom. The Tom Bean Municipal Court holds pre-trial hearing, jury trials, bench trials, show cause hearings, and juvenile dockets on the fourth (4th) Monday of each month, or as otherwise determined by the Judge. Pickleball Courts Now Available in Tom Bean

Tom Bean’s Type Type B Economic Development Corporation funded the re-striping of the basketball court for both basketball and, for the first time, pickleball. The Type B EDC is funded by sales tax. The EDC’s mission is: To encourage and promote economic growth and viability in the area of Tom Bean to afford opportunities for the residents, enhance their lives and experience and increase their value of living.
