This letter is to inform you that the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Region Office has received adequate compliance documentation on January 28, 2021 to resolve the alleged violations documented during the investigation of the above referenced facility conducted on October 14, 2020. Based on the information submitted, no further action is required concerning this investigation.
