The bailiff will independently carry out the daily tasks of a Bailiff in the courtroom. The Tom Bean Municipal Court holds pre-trial hearing, jury trials, bench trials, show cause hearings, and juvenile dockets on the fourth (4th) Monday of each month, or as otherwise determined by the Judge. Department Honors Former Tom Bean Police Reserve Sergeant Larry Rittenhouse

At the December 10, 2018 City Council meeting, the City honored former Tom Bean Police Reserve Sergeant Larry Rittenhouse for ten years and eight months of dedicated service to the citizens of Tom Bean. Sgt. Rittenhouse is the longest-tenured sworn officer in the history of the department. We will miss you Larry, and wish you well in your future endeavors!
